Create Implementation Users and Assign Job Roles in Oracle HCM Cloud


• Login to an existing user with ADMIN rights
• Select Navigator -> Setup and Maintenance to open the Setup and Maintenance work area.



In the Setup and Maintenance work area, select the Create Implementation Users task in the Initial Users functional area.
• Click on ‘Initial Users’
• Choose ‘All Tasks’ from Show
• Under Task Click ‘Create Implementation Users’




Click Add User Account



Fill in the required fields and save
Follow these steps to assign job roles to the implementation user:
• Click Add Role
• In the Add Role Membership dialog box, search for the desired job role
• In the search results, select the role and click Add Role Membership
• Click OK to close the Confirmation dialog box
• Repeat from step 2 to add other job roles to the user
• Click Save and Close





NOTE: If you are using demo.oracle.come for trying to create an user then use CURTIS.FEITTY user to login and create a new user
